Krazy Aunt Lori (Mark's cousin, who I suppose is really a first cousin
once removed to the kids, but calling her an "aunt" was a little easier
on the kids) has been adored by the kids ever since they were
babies. She was one of the first people to visit us in Belgium
(see photos) and the kids have
grown more and more attached to her
every time they see her (when he was younger, John would often say
"Lori is my Mommy. And Mommy is also my Mommy.")

While here, we did all sorts of fun things - we visited a corn maze (a
maize maze?), visited the picturesque town of Durbuy (I guess it wasn't
too picturesque, since we didn't take any pictures there which were
worth putting on the web site!), visited Gent,
and Plopsaland, the amusement park home
of Kabouter Plop and all his friends. All in all the kids had a
great time and keep asking when Lori is going to come and visit again!
