In February we traveled to Milan, Italy, to visit our dear friends
Silvia and Stefano, and their two kids Anna and Marco (7 months old
now). [[[ We also saw Silvia and Stefano in 2002, both in Italy and Switzerland. ]]]
Anna is about 18 months older than John, and the two of them have no
common language, but they played beautifully together the whole weekend
- running around, playing hide-and-seek and chase-me, and generally
being kids. Marco couldn't participate too much in the game
playing, but he was adored by the other 3 kids (in addition to the four
adults).
What to do in sunny Italy in February? What else but take
advantage of a freak snowstorm and go sledding!
