What better place to finish a first trip to Europe than with a visit to
Paris? Off we went to see the marvels of Notre Dame, the Eiffel
Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Saint Chapelle,
Saint Sulpice (maybe not), Giverny and Monet's
gardens, Musee de l'Orangerie (but it was closed), the Louvre,
Musee D'Orsay, French cafes, pushy French street merchants, French
"statues" and other scenes of Paris - a microcosm of Europe in one town.
